Automating an assembly process does not simply mean replacing a worker with a machine. It means redesigning the production flow to improve precision, repeatability, traceability, and safety—without sacrificing the flexibility that SMEs need today.
SIRATEC is SIRA’s response to this need: an engineering division dedicated to the design and manufacture of automatic and semi-automatic fastening systems, custom-developed for each application and designed to integrate seamlessly into the customer’s production processes.

STARTUP

Installation, configuration, and commissioning at the customer’s site. Our technicians verify that the equipment is properly integrated into the production process, complies with safety regulations, and is fully operational from day one.

WHAT WE DESIGN

Semi-automatic and fully automatic screwdriving stations, slides and screwdriving units, automatic screw feeders, and solutions featuring collaborative robots (cobots) and industrial robots. SIRATEC systems are compatible with pneumatic, electric, and electronic screwdrivers—including torque and angle control technologies with tightening traceability via a data network.

For every application, we choose the most suitable technology: from the simplicity of a high-cycle pneumatic system to the sophistication of an ESTIC electronic screwdriver with real-time monitoring, all the way to integration with the customer’s PLC.
